A spacious and well-equipped laundry/utility room has access to the garden to the rear of the house. It’s equipped with a washer, dryer and plenty of storage, as well as a WC. This is a really useful area to leave all the gear after a day at the beach or out on the water enjoying paddle boarding or surfing. Living Room Plush carpeted stairs lead up a few steps to the main cosy sitting room. Floor to ceiling windows are sure to distract your attention from whatever is on the super-sized television. For cosy nights there’s a stove…but if the sun is shining the balcony is sure to lure you outside. Bedrooms A few more steps lead up to the four beautifully appointed bedrooms. The plush carpeting continues, complemented by restful duck egg blue paint and contemporary abstract art prints. To the back there is a double bedroom and a single room, both catching the evening sun and west-facing hill views.
